Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.
Also included in this latest document release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend identifying distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.
More materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
